Locomotion.com is a Latin American/English site that features toons from the television station, plus original Web projects. In addition, there's also mytv2go.com, a slick Spanish site that features toons with great character designs.

This time around Elmo learns the identity of the mysterious captain of the space ship on which he has escaped. At UrbanEntertainment.com there was only one new toon: CISCO & RIPPLE's review of THE PATRIOT and ME, MYSELF AND IRENE addresses the issues that surround these flicks. On the Threshold, WHERE ARE THE TOONS NOW? humorously looks at the sad fate of the Transformers and how they rose to the height of merchandising fame and then fell to the depths of emission test failures. This week on Heavy.com's BEHIND THE MUSIC THAT SUCKS -- the "true" beginnings of Nine Inch Nails and front man Trent Reznor's close friendship with Bob Villa.




[2000-10-13] UrbanEntertainment.com focuses on the African-American audience with one of the best all-around line-ups on the Web. Leading the site is their movie reviewers CISCO & RIPPLE, the best review show on the Net. Review-type toons in cyberspace are quite common, but the "Trust Us" crew presents films in a funny and intelligent way. Their review for NURSE BETTY and BAIT is funny and poignant and is my personal favorite installment. The series is simple with the duo just sitting on the couch, but the timing is dead on. Unlike some of the other review shows, Cisco & Ripple actually tune viewers in on whether the flicks they
